The city of Ioannina and capital of the prefecture of Epirus, is a modern city with a long history and rich cultural tradition. Among the various geographical features of the area, Lake Pamvotida holds a special place, as well as the island that accompanies it.

Our accommodation is located by the lake and the lakeside square,with beautiful cafes where many visitors enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. Nearby you will find the historic castle, the citadel of Its Kale, the the picturesque island of the lake, Byzantine monasteries and museums.

For those who love getaways it is an opportunity to visit Metsovo, the traditional Zagorochoria or even to live a unique experience by rafting & canyoning in Arachthos and Voidomatis. Access to our city is fast and in a variety of ways.

If you wish to reach Ioannina by road you can easily from Ioannina / Preveza and Igoumenitsa via Egnatia Odos, from Athens via Olympia and Ionia Odos (about 4.5 hours) and from Thessaloniki via Egnatia Odos (about 2 hours).

In addition there is a ferry connection with Igoumenitsa, if you are traveling from an Ionian island or from Italy. Then you can continue by car to the city of Ioannina, which is 40 minutes away.

By air you can get to Ioannina Airport King Pyrros from Athens with two flights on a daily basis, or from Aktio Airport to Preveza, which is about 50 minutes from the city of Ioannina. Finally, there are flights from selected foreign countries to King Pyrros National Airport.
